Josh managed all design and technology aspects of the congregation’s transition to a SquareSpace-hosted website. The project involved configuration of templates, writing JavaScript code for a “responsive” calendar, creating an online donation form, and selecting SquareSpace-compatible fonts and colors that matched the congregation’s branding. Josh also provided extensive training for PTBE staff who now handle all day-to-day management of the site.

In addition, Josh is PTBE’s on-site manager for all streaming video. He oversaw installation of an automated camera system (utilizing StreamSpot) for services and other regular Temple events (visible at ptbe.org/watch-live). He also provided a three-camera broadcast solution for the High Holy Days, serving over 900 remote viewers. (The archives are accessible here.)
